Civitas Law Group requires a minimum of ten (10) hours of work to be paid at the start of a case as an advanced fee. Clients then pay for additional work on a monthly payment plan or as otherwise discussed with their attorney.
Hourly Fee Schedule
Civitas Law Group bills clients hourly using federal income guidelines. While the average hourly rate for an attorney can cost around $250 per hour, our hourly rate depends on your income and ranges from $100 to $125 per hour.
